My wife and I banned a certain fish and chip place due to the fact it was closed without notice every time we decided to visit it. Today, we decided to lift the ban after two years and revisit the place. However, to our surprise, the business is closed for a week. Sorry, the ban has been reinstated—Hook, Line and Stinker

Hahahaha.. I think I know which place you’re talking about.
I only went once and never again. Some people I know go a lot and they love it, and put up with that and more BS, like running out of fries! Well planned place for sure. They even substitute it with coleslaw!
Was good to try it and get a bag full of grease 🙂
Betcha it’s the place in Bayers Lake. If so, go to the Indian restaurant next door – much better food and it’s open more than the other.
