Get your facts straight. Recent tragedies in the HRM (cross walk incidents) were not a result of speeding. None of the drivers were ticketed with speeding. Driver inattention is the #1 cause of crashes and incidents on the roads. Not speeding! How many times do I have to state that? People, please reread your driver’s manuals. Buckle up, pay attention, keep right except to pass, and shoulder check!!!!!!
