Stop acting like you live in a war torn country where you and your underage children need to go to work everyday just to make enough to eat. Get over yourselves. Ask any soldier who has been overseas, he’ll tell you coming back here was like coming back to Disney World. Get out of the comfort of your home and realize that the world does live in poverty and you should be so blessed that you were born here/live here.

When you wake up tomorrow, bow down at the altar of whatever religion/faith you practice and thank your lucky stars that you were given the privilege to exist here. Do not take it for granted, and have a heart. Have some foresight and look beyond the four corners of your green yard. Perspective is everything, take off your rose coloured glasses. Keep optimism with a healthy dose of realism. —Ah well

  1. I really freaking like this bitch.

I’m far from perfect when it comes to this, but nothing drives me more insane than constant petty complaints, particularly when you don’t do anything to change the things you complain about.

  2. is that why I haven’t seen you in a dog’s age Angel?
    I drive you insane?

    cause I sure to complain a lot… 🙂

  3. There are 2 eggs now in the Hornby nest Eagle Watchers. Just saw one of the parents swoop in and take over nest warming duties from the other.

  4. I agree 100% with this bitch. I’ve been guilty of this myself, I’m not gonna lie, but I try to remember that it could always be worse. And I really can’t stand it either when people complain over and over yet do nothing to help themselves.

And enablers. I yell at those people. I refuse to enable enablers.

  5. Ooooooh…Eagle-Eyed-Ivan, how eggs-dreamly egg-sighting!!! I haven’t looked yet today. Quel bon surprise!

  6. Really grooving on your hard-boiled phraseology Oceanchick. And that’s no yolk.
50 Quaatlus on the raptor Painey. Screeeeeeeee!

  7. Now wonder Canada gets so many boat people, stowaways, and people ‘claiming’ refugee status.

  8. yeppers, war is really hell. so why do they still have them? i thought that by now, everyone had learned their lessons? but i guess the states aren’t happy, if they aren’t meddling somewhere, stirring the pot moore and more.
yeah, i’m anti war, for good reason, i saw friends that came back, from one skirmish or another, and had my little share too in the falklands. but that was fuck all, to the full blown kill everyone you see type of battles.
nope, war is no good for anyone, except the weapons makers, and those that want more global power, look down south for that shit.
just about everyday, they make new shit to kill more people, and experiment with chemicals and other caustic shit. all in the name of peace, yeah, right.

  9. I agree, too. I walk away from people who always bitch about their life.

All these groups that come here and want to change Canada to be more like “their” country should think about this, too. Life expectancy of a Canadian male is what… 80 years old? Afghanistan: 40-ish, I bet. And even if they expect to live longer in some countries, they don’t have half the freedoms we do.

  10. Sure things are worse elsewhere but theres nothing wrong with venting human annoyances, and complaining about something to make the country even better. Its constant repetitive ones where you sit back and think, well do something about it.

would this be a bitch where we could use the high horse lolcat picture or am i misinterpreting it (really open to be proven wrong on this).

  11. its not i just really don’t like people using “there is people worse off than you stop complaining about shit” After extensive research i finally learnt what high horse really is and can now use it in its correct perspective.

  12. No zZz, you do not drive me nuts at all! I actually miss hanging with you, we should get on the go soon!

Grounders and blues clubs? I vote yes!
