Tell him to get an alarm clock that is an ipod docking station and play some damn tunes!!
I have one of those neighbors too. Only this one uses his cellphone as an alarm clock, and puts the thing on the hardwood floor beside his bed. Deaf as a post he is. He doesn’t wake up until his MOTHER comes thundering down the hall in response to my banging on the ceiling, and slaps him awake.

You should tell your neighbor. They probably don’t realize that the sound goes right through the wall. Or tell your super.
Man , how thin are the walls in these places ? That would suck for sure .
