I hope that wherever you are you have small bugs crawling in your mouth as you sleep. The only reason I even moved in with you was to help you out. You loved that apartment there and didn’t want to have to give it up so I took the sublet. One week after moving in you tell me you are relocating to a NEW PROVINCE! You can’t tell me that you had no heads up about that… Not to mention you left before the end of the month and left me to clean your filth (it certainly was not mine since I had only been living there a week!) It was disgusting.

You’ll have to have them voluntarily return to NS to face the court as there is no provision to have some extradited in these cases.
You may get a default judgement, but an order of execution needs to be served if they don’t pay willingly; that’ll cost ya’ – and you won’t be able to recover those expenses within the confines of the judgement.

How are you on the hook for bills exactly? If you were only there a week how were they in your name, AND so high? That don’t make no sense. And if they are not in your name, fuck it.
OP Is the person military?If so, find out where the person is posted, go through his/her chain of command.I heard of people getting money owed by military members,contact their bosses.If they won’t give the money owed you,continue to make yourself a nuisance to their bosses.Either you’ll get your money or you’ll get sweet revenge.
