I don’t know why you hire a security guard when they’re not going to do their job. While shopping there tonight I saw two young teenagers walking around the store with filthy bikes, and nothing was being done about it!! Since when are you allowed to ever bring a bike into a store/mall let alone a place they sell FOOD?? Am I the only one who thinks this is DISGUSTING?!
I told the kids my concern over the fact that there’s PLENTY of bike racks out front, but that didn’t go anywhere. So I went to the security guard and told him about this, and I was told “yeah… I asked the staff and they don’t care… so … yeah… “
Uhh… What. The. Fuck. If I took MY bike into a store I would be stopped at the door and told firmly to leave it outside, and here’ these kids strolling through the store with filthy bikes and the staff don’t even care?!?!?!? Seriously, what the FUCK is this world turning into? —Disgusted

Security guards do what they’re told and enforce rules they are told by the staff and managers at the job site. Where do you get off blaming the security guard? He obviously asked the manager and the manager doesn’t care.
OP, you’re the only one who cares so you are the only one who finds this ‘disgusting’. I don’t see bikes are being much different than wheel chairs, strollers, or those motorized scooters.
In short, get over it.
Or notify any business who advertise at said store (or the brands sold there) and complain about the merchandise being subject to bikes and stuff. It worked for Muffy.

Any food you would purchase there you would wash before consuming (fresh produce) or is packed in plastic wrap (meats).
Anything that got on the packaging wouldn’t get in the food, and anything on the food can be (and should be) washed off.
