It’s even in bold, on the “submit a bitch” page:

“The primary rule of the bitch section is that you must not use any specific names or IDs—either in reference to yourself or to who you’re Bitching about.”

And yet, still, every day I get bitches about specific people, specific businesses.

Sometimes I clean them up, but, well, why should I?

  1. Hey Tim you just used a specific name in the “Posted by” section above your bitch. Just saying!

    Vince

  2. Why can’t people be smart enough to allude to the business or person they want to bitch about? It’s so damn simple. If I say Tom Horny’s coffee instead of the actual name, most of the posters would be intelligent enough to figure it out. If potential posters can’t do such a simple exercise, screw ’em sideways.

  3. There are other sections of the Coast where you can “bitch” about a specific business – in fact it’s even the point of the section.

For instance the restaurant review section.

  4. And you can even say Tim Hortons, or Walmart, you just can’t say the Tim Hortons on Spring Garden, or Gatsby’s because there’s only the one.

  5. there is two tims on SGR, DUH!, lol jk.
wanted to say thanks to Tim for removing a word from one of my posts and then posting.
    thanks!
    lol

sorry, i’m not understanding something, Tim… when you say we’re not supposed to reference a specific name or ID, does that mean that i have just violated that rule with THIS comment, by mentioning your name/ID? i don’t get it.

maybe an example of what you mean might help?

  7. Oh I can’t wait to chat with Kyle Shaw this week about Tim’s whining over everything.
