Maybe do your job right instead of hoping no one notices your mistakes? Tattlers suck but you’re getting paid to do your job properly. Grow up, or quit the job and go back to mooching off your parents.

Maybe your coworker is an “eye”. If the boss mentions your reported mistakes, own up to them right away, tell them how you will avoid future mistakes, let it go, and move on. Above all – nolite te bastardes carborundorum.
