I once mourned our lost friendship but as it turns out, you were dead weight. The life I have created is full of wonderful and inspiring people there is no longer room for you. For a “free spirit,” you were judgemental fake and materialistic. Some friendships are not worth the fight. Thank you for your passive aggressive behaviour it made moving forward much easier.  —No Room For Negativity Please!

  1. No room for negativity but LOTS of room to bitch about it, wha’?!

Grief theory tells us that anger is the second stage of loss. Initial shock, then anger, followed by bargaining and finally new beginnings.

Now some models are more complicated, employing loops and even peaks. I see you in the complicated model, stuck in a crazy Mobeus loop; that or your indeed following the valley model, but stuck in the anger stage.

Posting a Bitch can help. Others write letters. Even employing a black cloth (representing the person and your loss) works. I suggest you find someone to facilitate a grief ceremony for you.

  2. We sometimes move on from friends we have “outgrown” and no longer share our interests, attitudes, and so on. We can also find ourselves with toxic people in our lives – even if they are passive-aggressive types who come off as harmless at first.

If you find yourself spending time with someone who is annoying or has a negative affect on you then don’t feel guilty about moving on to more compatible friends.

    Above all:
    “Avoid loud and aggressive persons,
they are vexations to the spirit.”
