No, I don’t give a shit that you are going down south for the holidays stop guilt tripping me! Go to another fucking store and buy them brand fucking new if you want some shorts that badly. Everything we have is dictated by the donations we get so shut the fuck up and leave!

With that much attitude I hope people STOP donating to wherever it is you work. Not saying people shouldn’t donate, but they should ensure its going to a place where the staff is nice and friendly and looking to help people.
Not a place that gets super frustrated over a kind of annoying customer. I wonder if you have frustrations with any of the places/people that donate, and if so, should those people as well “shut the fuck up and leave!” like the slightly annoying customer? I wonder if people would be so quick to donate to your organization if they knew people trying to buy things were being bashed on an anonymous forum/board????
I think you honestly need to find a new job, your present one might be draining you of positive energy.
Honestly not a jab, I’ve worked in situations before that I thought were a good fit, but were honestly causing me a lot of undue stress. I wish you the best and hope you find a better situation.

Was it wise to drag your coworkers into it by ending your bitch with the statement: “we all secretly make fun of you in the back room”. ouch!! Way to bring down the entire organization! Surely there are other jobs that may be more suited to your temperament.
So sorry you have to actually wait on people in your job. How unfair is that? Find a back room to work in all the time, I think.
