Dearest Lizzy,
You are one beautiful cat and I loved how you would run up to me whenever you were outside. Sure, you loved a lot of people on Pepperell St., but you showed so much love as to follow my roommate and I as we moved our stuff out and into cars. I will sincerely miss your little face looking in the door and you being so happy just for some scratches behind the ears.

Nayborhood Kitteh’s makes best cheezeburgers. Back in the 90’s there was a pugilistic old Tom named Ming who used to sit on the porch of one of the row houses up from the gardens. Kliban was correct; he could easily have been mistaken for a meatloaf, but he always appreciated pats from passersby.

Aw I love Lizzy too! My husband and I were walking by Quinpool Rd a few weeks ago in front of the Blockbuster and saw her there. We figured it was a bit dangerous for a cat to be near such a busy street and called the number on her collar. Sure enough her owner came down and picked her up. Her owner seems like a very nice person and was very happy we called. I’m sure Lizzy is very well fed and very well loved. 🙂
