Each and every morning, I am fortunate enough to be woken up by the large horse and carriage touring down the south end. I understand the tourist appeal to this type of activity, however, what the hell is with the bells? And if it isn’t obnoxious enough to hang bells on the poor horses, it turns our household into an attraction because of the loud barking our dogs react with.
