I watch in disbelief and horror; the snow plows going back and forth over and over, scraping the pavement and dumping tons of salt on Northwest Arm Drive. There is no snow left you people! You removed every snowflake ten passes ago! What are you still doing? We pay taxes to have these monsters ruin the roads in winter, and then pay to get the roads fixed in summer. 1. In future OP, when posting a bitch like this could you please , also include the one where you burst your ‘rrhoids in outrage over the fact that “teh blizzard ended 45 minutes ago and WTF – those lazy, incompetent HRM drones still haven’t cleared Northwest Arm Drive.” It’ll save you some time in writing and us some time in reading. Tx.

  2. I was out in that bucket of shit yesterday running both highways and city streets…
    I saw 3 plows in 4.5 hrs of driving…
and only one had its blade down.

    what shite.

  3. agreed, do your job and go home, stop driving around aimlessly when the job has been completed, hoping for overtime pay.

  4. Our street had 3 passes with the plow. The first one was necessary. The others were just plow scraping clean pavement.

  5. I can tell you are a South-ender…

“I watch in disbelief and horror…”

Tough life you got there, Chippee.

  6. Oh, the horror. How is it that every Jack and/or Jill on the internet knows the ins and outs of every blue collar in the public eye kind of job? Its like everyone out there got a background in business management, civil engineering, and waitressing except me.

  7. I spent the better part of yesterday playing WoW, so I couldn’t give two shits as to what the plows were doing. 😛

  8. JESUS H CHRIST.

First people bitch about the lack of ploughing. NOW people are bitchin’ because of TOO MUCH ploughing.

    FFS.

People really WILL bitch about anything.

HAY LOOK SOME ASSHOLE GAVE ME FREE MONEY! THAT FUCKER! NOW I HAVE TO GO SPEND THAT FREE MONEY! WHAT A FUCKWAD FOR GIVING ME FREE MONEY THAT I HAVE TO SOMEHOW DECIDE HOW TO SPEND!

    good grief.

  9. here we go again, how about if they just don’t do your street. would you be happy then? it can be arranged you know? or how about after you get it stopped, you tell all the other people on that same street, bet you would be real popular.

  10. THe bitcher has a VERY VALID point. THe system of using contractors & paying them by the hour ISN’T WORKING. WHen I got home yesterday after noon the plow had been by once, so the road wasn’t full width…2 lanes no shoulder, because there is no shoulder! So I drive in ,park my truck & start shoveling the plows excess out of my drive way enterence, along comes the plow !
Yay, the road is now 2 lanes wide & clear…I reshovel my driveway opening. 45 minutes later, here comes the plow, about 30 minutes later…here comes the plow making an impressive show of sparks ! I didn’t have to reshovel my enterence…THERE WAS NO FUCKING SNOW !
So I say get out video camera

make sure its got calender date & time on. Then video it & start You Tube posting & let us here know, write your council man/woman let them know…then maybe JUST MAYBE, we can get the plows to stop plowing bare asphalt, & just PLOW SNOW…which is what they’re suppose to do !

  11. Because calendar dates and times on cam corders are always accurate.

AT LEAST THERE ARE FUCKING PLOUGHS OUT THERE. FFS.

Why don’t we just take them all off the road and make y’all shovel your own streets. No one would bitch then, I’m sure *eyeroll*

  12. I wouldn’t bitch… my 4×4 has studded winter tires, it’ll have to get bumper deep before it even slows me down.

Check camera, to see date & time is correct.
roll camera on todays news paper , film snowplow, when you hear it coming again roll again . Look for good shots of plowing bare pavement, make sure sounds on. You can hear the difference of a plow moving snow & one making sparks.

There now, wasn’t that simple ?

  13. All a newspaper does is prevent dating forward. Who says you didn’t get a paper from four days ago?

More, I hate to say it, but you’re beginning to sound like more of a ‘tard than Sebastard ever was.

  14. “disbelief and horror” maybe if i saw one of them drive over a person. you could chuck empty beer bottles at them, they did that on the rock many years ago

  15. I guess I would just shoot it today with your posts logged.
IF your electronic sig is showing, I post it today & the dates match. Will that work ?
After all a dated photo, with a paper of the same date & a outside BBS that shows a post on that same date…MOST FUCKING PEOPLE WOULD PRESUME THAT WAS THE DATE IT WAS TAKEN ! Plus in case you don’t know tampering with the image would be identifiable by those who check shit like that !

No where in that post did it say that the dates would be from the past. You can really be a fucking dick can’t you, not usual for females except the whack jobs.
Tell me how long you been a wanna be lawyer ? Only those people make a living by totally twisting any idea until it looks like sunshine at 1pm is the middle of the fucking night !

  16. Naive people who don’t think critically might blindly assume it’s the date it’s taken. And you can set your camera’s date/time to anything you want. Why would it be tampering? You simply change the date and time to the date and time you want and put an old newspaper in front of it. It’s not really rocket science. And it’s not any form of identifiable tampering.

Sorry if I think a bit more critically or analytically than you do, but your photo idea wouldn’t hold up in court. There’s too much room for faking. Like I said: you could backdate it no problem. I really don’t know how much easier I can make this concept for you to understand.

But I guess that just makes me a whack job. I mean, anyone who disagrees with you or calls you out on the holes in your ideas HAS to be crazy.

  17. I can take a picture of myself outside in the snow holding a calendar pointing to July 1st. People will assume it’s summer.

  18. I don’t have a problem with the plows patrolling or being on standby after snow is cleared, but scraping the pavement is uncalled for. The snow was plowed, the salt put down several times, the sky is clear, so raise your plows up a few inches.
