You are a supervisor and you should not be talking to your staff about the other staff nor should you be getting other staff to do your talking for you. You can’t make eye contact. You would not even have that job if you were not friends with your boss that you go on vacation with. I hope I am there when they walk you to the door. –Good luck in your job search
