I am so happy and grateful for everyone who comes out to the drum circles every Sunday, enjoying the tranquility of the days, the magic of the evenings, and the intensity of the nights…
Thank you so much for keeping Halifax a beautiful and free place. You are all so beautiful, inside and out, and I can’t wait to see you all next week. —Serenity

The people in the buildings facing your drum circle who have to work early monday morning do not always enjoy…
…”the magic of the evenings, and the intensity of the nights…”
There is a drum circle in Halifax??
Thats fine nerdlinger, get ear plugs =) Because we’re not going anywhere.
And yes, every sunday, all day long. You should definitely stop by and check it out, universalist.. grab a hula hoop, or whatever else.. just sit down and talk to whoever happens to be beside you.. We don’t bite – we only bite back.
Where is the drum circle held?
from the sounds of it…. it’s not a circle, it’s just one guy tripping balls on acid
pounding a drum all fucking day, annoying the piss outta everyone else.
I know this is borderline useless… but I sent some emails to the guys I know who attend regularly suggesting a noise curfew more or less – and am forwarding this Love and the attached comments along.
Hope your Monday shifts go well, I know mine are a bitch!
Damn, should have put this all in the same comment – sorry guys!
Heres the link to the facebook page for the gathering on the Commons. Leave some feedback – it is intended as a community gathering 🙂

Looks as though they’ve announced a 9pm drumming curfew.
