  1. When the snowplow operator is too dumb to find the edge of the road ( or maybe he is lazy)…. I mean so dumb that the windrow is 8 feet into the road. I lift a shovel to shovel all snow that is in my driveway. The snow that is in the road gets pushed out of the way. If you don’t like it, fucking complain. I’ve complained and nobody gives a shit.
