Why are all the taxi cab dispatchers in this city grumpy pieces of trash? Every time, every company, the dispatcher sounds like I’m doing something wrong. Why so shitty? My job sucks too, lots of people hate their job. You don’t, and really shouldn’t take it out on the customers. Bring on Uber! —Paying customer at the other end of the line
