This morning (June 16) outside of the Alderney Ferry Terminal, I truly witnessed a miracle! A fellow who was just finishing up smoking a cigarette actually GROUND THE BUTT OUT ON A TREE TRUNK AND THEN PROCEEDED TO THROW IT INTO A GARBAGE CAN! Oh happy day! I thanked him for doing that and he thanked me for picking up nearby litter (which I do every day). I wish more smokers were that responsible. —Proud of Respectful Smokers
