Please, someone tell me if I’m wrong in assuming that if you do the crime, you do the time… if you get caught. I’m sick to death of seeing “free this person” “free that person” as if these criminals (IDIOTS who can’t do something illegal without getting caught or squealed on) aka jobless pieces of shit who always try to make easy money rather than using education to make money, are being held hostage or captive in the most undeserving way. Unless they’ve been falsely accused of something, then go find something better to do with your time than protesting for some low life to all the people around you who could care less. First of all, people who do time generally don’t care if they have to do said time, hence why they chose to partake in the activity that got them there. To say ‘free my boy so and so.” FUCK HIM. He’s busy in jail getting jack hammered by his cell mate so stop posting on your Facebook or whatever other publicly available sources you use . He/she won’t see your loyalty in jail so why are you acting like your life is over because your poor choice of association is in jail as he/she deserves? Why not free yourself from society and join your friend in jail since you miss them so much and then all of your friends can send out sad cries out to free your pathetic self too. Just annoyed at people who think they’re ‘cool’ for associating with punks who think they’re from the Bronx
Oh and for the people who intend to say, “Don’t look at the Facebook page,” it’s not even on my Facebook. I’ve deleted them, this is coming from another person who brought this up and I have decided to bitch about it since apparently I am not the only person who finds this incredibly annoying and childish. —Just Get a Life

  1. Just like there are people on the street who should be in jail, there are people in jail who shouldn’t be.

  2. Sorry for snubbing you guys yesterday, I stayed up way too late drinking Saturday, and my power flickered out so my clock was wrong I forgot to set it correctly. I failed. I still would have slept thru the summit but I got out of bed at like 4 thinking it was only 1:30. Next time..

  3. A “Free *insert name here*” campaign is usually the first sign that the perp is guilty as home-made sin.

  4. LOL – no I was thinking more of Leonard Pelletier and Mumia. In Brindi’s case, it’s the owner who needs a size 12 where it will jump start her brain.

  5. Don’t worry OB. Those street rats do fairly well at controlling their population. On a good note, a Dartmouth resident, a former all-star basketball player at Dartmouth High School, who had three convictions for drug possession, two for breaching release conditions and one for causing a disturbance by fighting was shot dead in Toronto on the weekend. That’s one less criminal on the streets.

  6. st wish the fuck that they would bring back public floggings. goddamn, i hate watching al jezerra to get my fix there. even public hangings would be good, and yes, a firing squad or 50. i support all these, and as george carlin would say, fuck them all. you do the shit, then get ready to eat some of it.
the arabs have the right idea about theft too, lop a hand off. the saudi’s, cut the heads off. goddam, life would be great, to be a fucking executioner.

  7. It is very naive to assume that every “jobless piece of shit” deserves to be in prison – did you know that it costs three times as much money PER YEAR to send a young male through prison as it does to send that same young male to post-secondary education, where you say they should be earning money? How do you get an education to keep you off the streets when post-secondary tuition prices are through the roof? And how do you get a job if you have a past offense on your record? Open your narrow rigid mind for one second and consider that sometimes people make mistakes, are they to penalized for eternity?
And to the idiot who commended a death of a young man probably no more than 30 – you should be ashamed of yourself.

  8. I agree. OP your bitch is valid. It is quite an annoyance to see people being treated like they are victims when really they are not. And to be placed in a correctional facility is not a lifetime penalty as previous poster stated.. its just time served for a crime they should not have committed. and there are no mistakes. everything is a choice. And the young man who passed was 25 years of age. Was shot at in his vehicle. He did not deserve death. the moron who said this is heartless. Yes OP I think you have a a valid point against the people who protest against prisoners being imprisoned. quite aggravating
