I have just seen a government contractor pick up and dump green bins into the garbage truck -whats up with that – hypocrisy. —jaws

Never ascribe to malice that which is most readily explained by stupidity.
Maybe they’re broken , hence garbage?
If the homeowner/business/user did not properly sort the waste first then the contarctor has to dump it in garbage. Its not like they’re gonna re-sort every bin properly at the side of the road.
Isn’t it green bin day?
Do they have different truck for either/or?
