Does anyone in the government know that when someone calls you are expected to return the call and deal with the issue at hand. This city needs new employees from a bigger city to show you how things work in a more civilized town. there are no jobs here unless you want to work at a grocery store or on a contract with no benefits. Workplace bullies are in every work place here. Backwards comes instantly to mind. Big cities are watching and people are leaving for good reason. WAKE UP and stop allowing everyone to work from home. Um, they are not working from home they are doing their housework on company’s dime. Hard workers can’t get jobs here because your boss is friends with the company bully and you do her dirty work! –Moving out west for a good reason

  1. I thought this bitch was about government, then about the ubiquitous bully (which btw, replaces the ubiquitous terrorist as the new pariah), then about work from home (where western world fights eastern productivity with even more productivity decline), but realize its just shitting on the best city in the best country (First Nations can join too, if they want…) in the world.

Fight ramblings with ramblings, I say…

  2. Don’t let the door hit you on the a** on the way out West.

    Please don’t come back, ever.

  3. Workplace bullies ARE common in Nova Scotia. I’ve wondered if that’s the case everywhere, or if it’s more prevalent in areas where people are so desperate for employment that they’ll tolerate substandard conditions.

  4. I’m on board with Fairview in saying that yeah they are common in Nova Scotia, nearly every place I’ve worked has had one; sometimes I was lucky enough to avoid them, sometimes not. And the job situation here does kind of reek, everyone knows this.
