Check FB and other social media as your adieu may be there. These days so many people seem to have trouble at the best of times actually ‘talking’ to someone who is right in front of them, let alone when saying ‘So long’.
Sounds like he/she watches too many bad television drama’s. Sorry for the shitty situation OB, better luck next time.
It’s always best to try to take the “high road” when dealing with others. Sometimes it’s difficult , sometimes it causes you a lot of stress, and sometimes it kind of backfires …. but it’s still good to at least try to do the right thing …. because usually it works out for the best.
Sounds like someone took the low road in this case. Sneaking away from people is not a good habit to develop.
