Listen angry parent, I think there are better and more productive avenues to get your pound of flesh than this joint. I get the venting and all that stuff, people need a safety valve once in a while. Doesn’t Facebook log all activities and messages? If the teacher made said report to the police could the police not subpeona Facebook for the messages for the two individuals?I suspect the kid made the threats, quickly deleted them, then showed his mother his inbox. I also suspect the teacher knew the kid was serious when the kid threatened to bludgeon him with a beach ball. Alllllllllllll hood!

the bad guy wins….its apparent that the parent thinks the kid is a “do no wrong”only a peek at the facebook log would clarify this.
