So you and husband are receiving Canada Pension Plan Disability Benefits + your three kids receive some kind benefit from CPP.

You say you can not ever work again – but you are training to run in a 5K, go to the gym everyday, go para-sailing in Mexico + sit at home on your new deck and suntan all day while the rest of us work 365 days a year to keep you going with your “Set for Life” lotto from CPP.

I’ll be waiting at the finish line with my camera when your FRAUDULENT ass crosses the finish line. Have a nice day. —Karma

  1. I’m certain someone far more savvy than me can direct you to a snitch line at CBSA or Canada Revenue.

  2. Karma – are you a dog and do you bite?

*insert link to proper Karma uses on LTWWB 101 here*

    Woof!

  3. Coming from out west it’s CRAZY how many people milk the system here just so they don’t need to work. That’s why taxes here are 15% rather than 5%. It’s kind of gross!

  4. uh, yeah take some pics if you know why they have their claim and what they are doing that demonstrates they are fine….

    that’d ruin them rightly.

  5. Fuck karma with an oil rag. Call CPP and report this person – It’s our taxes that’s keeping this fucking chimp thumbing his nose at the rest of the world while the rest of us sweat our collective bags off. Go to the phone now – yes, now. Karma’s sure as fuck won’t.

  6. Some disabilities are not physical.

But if you have just cause, write a letter and mail it. Dig around the internets you’ll find the appropriate address … … …

  7. Well, just lay flat on your back and get yourself knocked up a few times and you’re set for life.

Hmm receiving monetary reward for getting fucked…kind of like prostitution…government SPONSORED prostitution. Interesting.

  8. Of course if the OP’s allegations are proved wrong then I hope the CPP recipients are able to hold the OP financially accountable for their actions.

I have an issue with hiding the identity of a complainant. I had an ex-employer try to fire me on complaints where he wouldn’t identify the complainant. The labour board ruled that you can’t cause someone financial hardship and not give them the information needed to defend themselves against said complainants.

I was quickly provided with uncensored documents showing all the names and details, and my next trip was to file 3 small claims actions against the letter writters and another agains the employer – I won on all 4 cases, not a huge amount for damages but it got the message across to these people.

  9. All Governments are bound by FOIP legislation so feel free to complain to your heart’s delight. You can complain to either CRA or CPD directly by simply picking up the phone and telling the receptionist you would like to report a case of fraud. They will in turn get an officer who will investigate your complaint like a bloodhound. Despite what anyone thinks of Gov employees, most will drop everything to try to ensure any system abusers are caught and punished.

Any real evidence you can supply such as compromising pics, recorded dates and times, witnessed confessions will give the investigator plenty of ammo to either charge the person, or make life uncomfortable as hell.
My hats off to you OP as many Canucks complain about fraud to anyone who’ll listen instead of reporting it to someone with the authority to do something about it.

  10. Veeny – the CRA isn’t a good example. Did you happen to see a recent Fifth Estate or W5 episode where they examine several cases of the CRA going after small business owners for tax evasion and dragged them through the system for several years while causing them to lose their homes, businesses and reputations BUT in the end the courts ruled that the business owners had done nothing illegal and were upfront and honest with the CRA, providing all documentation and items requested each and every time.

The CRA got so desperate it tried to coax them into settlements but unlike most of the sheep we call taxpayers, these people knew they had done nothing wrong and wouldn’t settle.

At the end of the story it is revealed that at least one of the cases involved new CRA employees trying to make a name for themselves so they could climb the promotions ladder. However in the end I think their scam is going to cost all the taxpayers a bunch of money as the farmer/businessman who had everything taken away for no cause is preparing to sue the CRA for monetary damages and mental anguish caused to him and his family. Good for him!

  11. someone is using karma’s name again, she has her eye on you now too.if they are getting away with something like that, it means no one gives a flying fuck,so why should you.maybe you sahould expend some of the same effort of dope dealers, rapists, and murderers. and let’s not forget, nosey fucking people who don’t mind their own business and pretend they are better than the next person, you.

  12. I think many of these bitches are written by the same person and are posted here in pursuit of a hidden agenda.

    This one is obvious bullshit.

Nobody goes para-sailing in Mexico anymore.

  13. Good on you. If any of you know any other fraudsters, turn them in. The government officials aren’t the only criminals in this land that is for sure.

    CPP is a joke.

  14. Sebastian, it depends on why they’re on disability. It could be psychological and have nothing to do with their physical abilities. You have to determine first the why, then you can get someone who knows what they are doing to investigate.

  15. Oh and if someone asked me why I was on a disability (and I’m not), unless they’re with CPP, I would kindly tell them to fuck off.

  16. Nova Scotia is FULL of people abusing the system, but then again so is everywhere else. I know 2 people on welfare that just bought a house in Hants Co. They collect benefits then get paid under the table if they work.

  17. everyone should be investigated once for fraud. you qualify? great. 1-2 years in, send someone around to make sure you STILL qualify.
