2 solutions, make your coffee at home, or just park and get out of your car, walk in and order your coffee. Either way, much easier and faster than the drive-through.
I hate drive-thrus and refuse to use them. It’s usually faster to just go inside anyway.
And I can think of a few drive-thrus that are a little confusing. Tim’s on Ilsley and the one on Bayer’s Rd come to mind.
Just park and go into the coffee shop and order at the counter. While it does involve leaving your vehicle and actually walking it is often much faster.
Drive-thrus should be illegal unless it is -10 out. The pollution around most of them is awful.
Admitting the following to coast readers will certainly result in flaming and backlash:
1. That you drive a car.
2. That you make enough money to spend on a “luxury” item like store bought / made coffee.
3. That you patronize a store that has more than one location.
4. That you use a drive thru.
Just pointing it out.

the one at clayton park timmie’s is an accident in waiting. drivers out in the middle of the road, buses trying to get enough room to turn. i hate going there,at anytime of the day or night. what a stupid place to put that one.

They really have to do something about the configuration of the drive thru there because many-a-time I’ve had to get aggressive and honk the shit out of the horn to get someone to gtfo of the intersection because they’re waiting to get into the packed line at the drive thru. Yeah, the TH at Clayton Park is ridiculous….2 lanes merging into one first thing in the morning with drivers that haven’t had any coffee….bad combo!
Not as bad at the one by the 103 end of Bayers Lake, where idiots just friggin’ STOP in the middle of the road every morning when the drivethru lane gets too long. It is FULL, idiots, and cannot take any more. Park your truck and go inside before you cause a chain reaction accident!
Yeah, that one is bad…drivers with a half a brain idle on the shoulder but the dumb ones idle in the middle of the street….
