He has grade 9, better writing, listening and speaking skills and you have a degree. Wtf? What kind of mother are you to send your child to him in clothes that don’t fit and don’t protect against the elements and give him McDonald’s nightly…? He can’t process deep fried, veggies, dairy and sweets and you’ve actually succeeded in sending that child with the remnants of all of these. You need to lose full for a while, learn what being a mother and hard work is and then go back to court and request less. If you feel the kid is in danger (And from your incoherent rant, it’s really hard to say for sure if i got that right or not) then by all means, call CPS. But if this is a manipulation tactic to hurt the woman that still has a relationship with “ya man”, then you are the worst kind of person doing what white trash women do when they feel jealous or insecure.
You need to decide, before you do ANYTHING, if you just need to grow up. And you can start by talking to “Ya man” about it and see if he tells you to just fuck off.
