Hy everyone. Stay away from my placet. It might look good on the outside, but the apartments are shit. Not only did they not finish rebuilding from the last tenant, but we dont even have a working fridge. What the hell??
They told us 3 separate move-in dates. I booked the truck after the last one, and then they told us it’d be another week before the apartment was done and we had to be out every morning at 8 am so they could work. I didn’t even have a fucking bedroom and my room mates were sleeping in the living room
Our fridge doesn’t work, our kitchen is falling apart. Our dining room lights dont work, we’re missing floor tiles and we can’t even open our god damn windows because they didn’t put a fucking screen on, which they said they’d do. They told us that throws ion our windows were ok, then about 2 days after I passed in a maintainance request form, they told us to take the throws down and put up actual curtains. Maybe you should all just fry in hell.

Sounds like the place a buddy of mine used to live in on Windsor Street near Strawberry Hill – only difference was that it had hot and cold running crackheads in the hallways pounding on doors day and night, always trying to sell stolen shit to the other tenants.
I’m so sure there are enough violations there to at least get you out of paying a portion of your rent until the place is finished. My heat was wonky for a few weeks this winter when we first moved into my house, and we got half that month’s rent off plus the super bought us some space heaters…I’d ask about that. sometimes the mere specter of the authorities will get people to make a deal with you.
The lady down the hall from us has not had a kitchen floor for 2 years. Ever since she moved in. hey told her they’d do it within a week of her moving in. There are about 15-20 other units here who have a problem with the office.
Maybe she should have moved out when her lease was up? Just sayin… seems pretty dumb to me. Then again, some peoples lurrrves their problems…
Qwerty, I’m not saying she did right by not moving out, but what I am saying is that the owners of the property are worth shit….sorry, even less than shit.
