So I work at a certin contact center and since I am not able to say where it is…Well I have Been working here now for 6 months and I just want to say “Grow the fuck up” As a mature women who has not had many problems with people in her time has been BULLIED since I started this job..THATS RIGHT WORK PLACE BULLYING this stuff does happen, I work good i and polite but you ass holes cant let me go one day wihtout trying to fight or satrt rumors.Do you KNow hoew hard it is to come it to work everyday? This place sucks to work FOR, HR Did nothing and i have went to complain to others and it is swept wunder the rug..CARMA WILL COME TO GET YOU!!! You are all adults here Why do you need to feel that if you bully certin people you will be a cooler person?? well if you have kids i hope they are getting bullied in school so you no how it feels!!!!

Why haven’t you said: “What is your problem?” to the offenders? Instead of being a victim, stand up for yourself, woman. Bullies are only successful if you let them continue that kind of behavior and stay silent. This is not a schoolyard – it is a place of employment and if I were you, I would be squawking plenty.
What a horrible thing to wish for. I understand that workplace bullying is awful, but I lost all respect for you when you said that about somebody’s kids getting bullied. Maybe you should grow up.

quit. dont stand up to them. run away with your tail betwen your legs to the next call centre. maybe push a kid or two down on your way…it might be the kid of one of your coworkers. then you can feel better by doing what youve had done to you.

A person does not have to put up with harassment in the workplace nor do they have to endure discrimination based on Age, race, sexual orintation, Disability, Etc. I have read about people on this site yaking about older people as well in the workplace ,just be advised their rights are protected in the workplace by law.
Hey JK, ever know anybody who sued their employer on a Human Rights violation? If you’ve got 3-5 years to waste have at’r otherwise the violation of your Human Rights mean bupkiss until you’re actually invited to court YEARS after you file your complaine. Best to move on to the next $9/hr job like a good Canadian.
