To a particular staff member at the apartment building with the big K on it…big poofy brown hair girl we shall call her:

Stop power tripping and being a complete and utter bitch to me and my room mate. You accused us of something we did not do and proceeded to verbally abuse us in front of your boss (who did NOTHING). You condescending, disrespectful ass wipe. DO NOT rent an apartment at that building. Big corporation landlords have no heart – and crap staff! I am appalled at how I was treated. Absolutely appalled.

No one has ever, ever spoken to me like that before. Truly disgusted with your shit service K building bitch. And more surprised it was tolerated by your boss. But I guess she taught her staff how to be mean, as she treats her best and kindest employees like dumb fucks (the building does have a couple of wonderful employees who are much kinder than their “boss” and her minion poofy hair bitch in training).

FUCK YOU poofy hair girl. Get a hair brush, and some manners.

I H8 THE K BUILDLING.

  1. No surprise to me I used to live in one of their holdings in Dartmouth. Never had a problem with them until I had to move out. They screwed me out of my security deposit on cleaning charges. A couple I could understand thanks to the piss poor timing of the movers I couldn’t get the chance to clean the carpet.Everything else was bogus, my roommate, myself, and a friend of ours spent two days scrubbing and cleaning and it still wasn’t good enough for them. Also I’ve never heard of $75 for a bathroom vanity light, three times.

  2. i know the big K. used to live there until a couple of days ago.they were going to charge cleaning fees for:-RUST at the base of the toilet (they do not have rubber rings installed to prevent it).-a SINGLE hair on the shining clean toilet, that still smells like bleach.-the window ledges being dusty (the out cleaning list had no mention of window ledges).the taller, blonde manager (i assume) is a powertripping bastard. shes all smiles and giggles until the time comes to screw moving out tenants out of their damage deposit.
