What, did Picnicface bail again.
Wankers.
Stand up? Judging from your post, I’d suggest you sit down & shaddup. Go tongue Toronto’s CN Dildo for all I care.
I think this is a valid bitch, it sucks that ‘Best Comedy Night’ was awarded to something that hasn’t existed for years. If enough people had written “Santos L. Halper” in the category for Best Barista (or whatever), would the coast have printed that?
It’s pretty glaring evidence that The Coast doesn’t give two shits about comedy. I guess nothing says they have to, but it would be nice. I mean, aren’t event listings a huge part of what they do? Music is great, but what about the other indie shows – theatre and comedy and film nights and whatnot? Those are events too. Just saying
But the winner of best comedy night does exist…it’s open every thrusday, friday, and saturday.

Well I didn’t n otice and don’t give a damn.
@ZAPH Yeah, Yuk Yuk’s is open on those days, but the award was for Best Comedy Night. And it this case, it was awarded to Yuk Yuk’s Amateur Night (fridays, I think it was) and that night does not exist.
