We have the same job title and duties but you earn more than I do. Your 40 years in the workforce is worth more than my experience. Except you speak only one language, can’t answer the phone or answer an email. Stop expecting me to do your work. —Retire already

  2. Lol, this is why no one takes you seriously.

    Here are some things to note:

    1) if they only speak one language and have 40 years in the position, it’s a moot point and has nothing to do with the job.

    2) it’s “won’t” answer the phone or answer emails, because “can’t” implies they lack the ability to do so, and we both know that’s not realistic.

    3) you come off as childish, and the points you mention are infantile. You want to be taken seriously, you better start acting and writing like a fucking adult.
