Buddy – great that you decided to rock your Canon DSLR and 580EXII at the Music Room’s Elton John tribute show, but you broke a concert shooters #1 rule: NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY! You spent almost 2 hours blinding the rhs of the audience every time you went portrait and bounced your strobe directly off our heads. Get or borrow a F1.8 or F2.8 IS lens, up your ISO and next time leave your flash at home (hope you got some good shots though 🙂
