The Well Being Guide is a reminder to you (and us) that winter doesn’t have to be about cocooning and sloth (not that there’s anything wrong with those two things). People are creating their own skating rinks—in their backyards! People are taking dance classes, joining dodgeball leagues, running, yoga-ing, jumping up and down and going in circles. Or ovals.
