The Coast is great at telling people how to get out and enjoy the great outdoors in the summer. But if it’s raining—or if raining down fire on thine enemies is generally more your cup of tea—we’ve still got you covered. There’s some nerdy stuff to do in Halifax every day of the week, so grab your pencils, decks and minis, and get ready to nerd out this summer.

Where else to get your nerd fixes
There are also some game and comics shops—like Best of Halifax Hall of Famer Strange Adventures, Cape and Cowl in Lower Sackville or Giant Robot Comics in Dartmouth—that have not yet restarted in-person programming due to COVID. But like every store hosting events, they also have everything you could ever need to nerd out this summer.
