Don’t think we’ve been sleeping on the job. It’s been a very awesome fall for the resto scene, highly anticipated (and super promising) newbies like Mother’s (5710 Young Street), The Stubborn Goat Gastropub (1579 Grafton Street) and, in the last week alone Stillwell Beer Bar (1672 Barrington Street), The Field Guide (2082 Gottingen Street) and Agricola Street Brasserie (2540 Agricola Street) have started serving hungry Haligonians, and trust…we have our eyes on them. It’s The Coast’s policy to wait three months before reviewing new restaurants, so you can look for more from us on these guys in the coming months. Promise. Our stomachs are rumbling just thinking about it.

You said you wait 3 months before reviewing a restaurant. Its seems that until today, I don’t remember seeing an actual restaurant review for EDNA, 2 Doors Down or Que Tal in The Coast. Checked archives as well. Hopefully new places will get a full review rather than a lot of the crappy places that do get reviewed.
