
Ingredients
1 cake of firm tofu
100g ground chicken
½ small grated onion
chopped green onion
cilantro
2 oz chopped boiled green beans
1 egg
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp corn starch
2 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp chicken stock
Sauce
4 tsp sake
3 tsp soy sauce
3 tsp sugar
2 tsp mirin
Method
Put all ingredients together until the mixture gets a sticky consistency.
Divide into equal portions, and grill until the surface gets crispy.
For the sauce, mix all ingredients in a pot and cook until it nearly reaches a boil.
Dip the finished Tsukune into sauce, and enjoy!
