For almost seven years with Taste of Nova Scotia, Christine White has been on the ground at almost every food event you can think of, organizing, developing, volunteering, cheering and giving people in the food sector all the support they could hope for. A graduate of the public relations program at NSCC, “I did my very first press kit for my school project on the Savour Food and Wine show,” she says. “My goal is to spread the word that we’re an international culinary destination and to work to make that happen.”
