More bands announced for Halifax Rocks 2009
Those boots were made for walking… on the grass of the Common The force behind Halifax Rocks 2009 (July 18 on the Common) has announced who is going to round out the ol’ KISS bill. The artists are Thornley, The Trews, Econoline Crush and The Novaks. The chance for your band to join that crop of dudes on stage is still up for grabs. “We are holding a regional contest amongst numerous local bands and we will select one of them to open the show,” says organizer Harold MacKay.
