Another Nova Scotia Music Week has come to a close after a wild weather weekend in Truro, where the roving annual event is in the middle of a four-year stay. Harmerrific Port Cities walked away the biggest winners, with five of the big blue tubes to tow home in honour of their debut album.  Congrats to PC and all the winners below.
