Jackie Chan is probably too old to once again break every bone in his body, so you can’t blame him for dialing down the scope gravitas of his action exploits. In The Spy Next Door, Chan, who is put in charge of Amber Valetta’s brood of moody, shrill brats when plot contrivances spirit her away, wows the kids with adding a martial arts flair to practical tasks like getting breakfast on the table. The Spy Next Door also features vaunted middle-brow personalities like George Lopez and Billy Ray Cyrus—the kind of names that either inspire indifference or skewer the senses—or maybe just make you want to see a different movie.

I saw “The Spy Next Door” and loved it. It is a family friendly, entertaining movie. Jackie Chan was adorable and I also love the rest of the cast including Billy Ray Cyrus and George Lopez, two of my favorites. If you just want to go to the movies and relax and have a few laughs with the kids, this is a must see movie.
I took my eight year old grandson to the movie The Spy Next Door and he loved it and so did I. It is a clean very funny family oriented movie. The cast from Jackie Chan to George Lopez and Billy Ray Cyrus were exellent.
