The Sim City series has long been synonymous with the PC—now you can micromanage your own city on the go with Sim City Deluxe. (If only there was a way to shrink your fingers.) If you’ve played one of the many Sim City games before, you know what to expect. If this is your first go, it can be a little intimidating. You need to manage power plants, zoning, taxes—pretty much everything involved with running a city. Will you build a sustainable city using recycling depots and solar power, or will you screw the hippies and make lots of money on dirty industry? The biggest issue is the transference from mouse/keyboard to touchscreen, which can feel cramped at times. This is definitely a full game and not a five-minute distraction.
