The fashionable people of NSCAD are ending their fall semester on the catwalk. Thirteen student designers under the direction of instructor Gary Markle will show off their handcrafted collections and offer a peek at the caliber of work coming out of the growing fashion program. Student coordinator and designer Alison May Crozier, whose five piece collection draws inspiration from the sky, windows and framing the body in different ways, says that the designs on display are “ready to wear lines.” Advanced tickets to the show, and the after party at Taboo Nightclub, are available at Seeds Gallery, the NSCAD supply store and Biscuit General Store. –Allison Saunders
