More Halifax Pop Explosion line-up announcements

It’s about time to start accumulating stimulants to prepare for the Halifax Pop Explosion. Confirmed acts for 2009 are By Divine Right, Cadence Weapon, D-Sisive, Jenn Grant, Mates of State, MSTRKRFT, Two Hours Traffic, You Say Party, We Say Die, The Acorn, Final Fantasy, Japandroids, Japanther, Julie Doiron & Herman Dune and Ohbijou.

Early bird passes for the 2009 Halifax Pop Explosion are available until August 31. Prices are $80 for standard festival passes and $190 for VIP passes. Passes are available online at www.ticketpro.ca and in person at all Ticketpro outlets. Tickets for the MSTRKRFT show go on sale Wednesday, August 12. Tickets are $30 in advance and $40 at the door.
