Thirty-four years after The Handmaid’s Tale first published—and two years after the Hulu series of the same name sky-rocketed into TV stardom—Canada’s most famous author is back with the novel’s sequel. And she’s bringing it to our dearly beloved library.

The Testaments, which picks up 15 years after the original novel takes place, officially drops this week. Today, the Halifax Central Library released its block of free tickets for the local stop of Atwood’s national book tour—that’s Thursday, October 3  from 7-8pm. Unfortunately for you, Atwood stan, the event was at capacity in like three minutes.

The unwavering love for Atwood is real: The waitlist is full, too. But, the event will be streaming in case you want to watch at home (hopefully without planning some kind of costume party).
