I was REALLY hoping that Macca would pick Plaskett to open and it is act-ually happening!!! “I have to admit it’s getting better, getting better all the time…”!!!!!
Excellent choices. Joel Plaskett Emergency and Wintersleep are great artist who sound even better live. Kudos to whoever decided to add them to the bill.

Joel Plastic is without a doubt the most over-rated act to ever hit the mainstream of the Maritime Music Scene.

My only hope is that they put this toad on first in the afternoon, so I can arrive late and don’t have to listen to it… I would hate to have this garbage ruin what should otherwise be the best concert to come to Halifax in a long long time…
Well Floyd, maybe you should have waited until the opening acts were announced before buying your tickets! Since you feel this passionately about Plaskett you can always sell your tickets to someone who WILL appeciate the show.
I’m not a huge Wintersleep fan but I’m not going to let that ruin the show for me. Music is a personal taste and it would be impossible to please everyone.
I am curious as to why you feel the need to fling insults at others just because their musical taste disagrees with yours?
