Last year, Steph Johns posted about Crass Day. Because I am not cool and do not know things, I went, “Who or what is a Crass?” and as a result I ended up watching this documentary, where old CRASS members and gracefully aging Brit punks locate the context of the band’s political and artistic significance and how much they pissed off the Tories etc. And they were feminists! If you have time you should watch.
Crass Day requires that you listen to 15 minutes of Crass, so after you finish the documentary, listen to this video too. Warning: swears.
