Hi Toronto! Four great bands from Halifax are coming to play an NXNE show at the Velvet Underground (510 Queen St West) this Saturday, presented by the Halifax Pop Explosion. Dance Movie kicks off the night at 8pm, followed by Glory Glory (9pm) Jon McKiel (10pm) and Cousins (11pm). Many Halifax types will be in attendance, I hear, and I wish I could be there too. Go poke your head in and see the wonderful music – you shall dig it.
