Listener beware: at the end of this disc (and “No Pussy Blues” in particular) it will feel like your chest has exploded. So watch out. It has been a while since Nick Cave has sounded this desperate, this vicious, like his pants were alit with hellfire. Essentially giving the middle finger to aging rockers and those half his age, Grinderman makes all others by comparison look like they no longer give a shit.
