Hey! Guess what? You live in a terrible ice-covered snow globe of a city and it gets dark at 1pm or something ridiculous and you set unrealistically high goals for your New Year’s resolutions (PS: No one has an all raw food diet except for Gwyneth Paltrow or Madonna or maybe a budgie) now you feel bad about yourself. Here’s a simple little remedy! Stop thinking about it and do something nice for someone else (and—-let’s be honest—-also for yourself) by attending the all ages Winter SEED multi-arts coffee house on Saturday, January 24 with IF, Ryan MacGrath, Scott Trivers, Geoffrey Grantham and Deirdre Lee at the Agora (2730 Fuller, 8pm, pay what you can with a suggested donation of $10). Proceeds are going to Hope of Good Future Primary School in Buwate, Uganda. Take a deep cleansing breath in and slowly exhale. Better?

flossin' off on a natural charge bon voyage
