Dear Halifax,
Nine years, nine frickin’ years! Longer then I have lived anywhere in my life. Moving in and during the first few, I’d always told myself, four years max. But you caught me, you grabbed my attention. It was a wild ride. So many experiences, people, friends, events, opportunities, community and smiles. At times there were negatives of the sort, but this is love, not a bitch. To all of you in Hali, thank you. Old, new, hipsters, hippies, employers, co-workers, patrons, musicians, DJs, producers, artists, friends and family. I have seen this city grow towards a good direction. And I hope that the sense of community, but most importantly culture succeeds with time. Anyway thanks. It was a slice. -DeliciousMike
